Raccoon Releasing

  • So once upon a time, I woke my brother up to go do chores. He complained a lot but went and did them. He came back inside screaming that we had caught a raccoon in the cage by the chickens
  • So he was going to get the cage and put it in the truck so that we could take it miles and miles away from our house so it wouldn't come back.
  • Well he couldn't get the cage outta the ground (it was staked down) and it was really hot out. We didn't want the panting raccoon to die, so we decided to let it out.
  • So we got the truck and drove it over to the cage. Then we got a hose, crowbar, and shovel. We were using the crowbar and shovel to release the cage and the hose to protect ourselves!
  • Oh wait....my brother says the hose was to cool it down <.<
  • So anyway....we were slaving over trying to get the cage open (meaning my brother was trying to open the cage inside the bed of the truck so the raccoon wouldn't attack him while I watered the grass around the cage and the raccoon with the hose).
  • Well it wasn't working, so Chuckles grabbed a stick to help release the cage
  • and after about a million attempts (it seriously took almost thirty minutes to do this) we finally got the cage open. The raccoon just sat there :c So I sprayed it with the hose and it went running off into the woods
  • The End
